Oliveology, Borough Market
2016
Design and fit out of Oliveology's new flagship shop in London's Borough Market. All cupboards and shelving are from reclaimed scaffold boards featuring open tenon boxed joints, birch ply doors, galvanised, key clamp supports and heavy duty castors to move the units arond the shop.
